David W. Hawes
David W. Hawes currently serves as Vice President of Arts Fulshear, Inc., and is one of the founders and first Board members. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Hawes Hill & Associates LLP. His responsibilities include serving clients as chief strategist and consultant on all matters pertaining to the creation, management and administration of special purpose districts and zones, developing project plans and project financing plans to aid clients and stakeholders in the accomplishment of community development and redevelopment goals, and representing and advocating clients’ interests with elected officials and government departments and agencies at all levels. David believes in giving back to the communities he loves, and his nonprofit board experience includes HOPE Inc., which he served as President for five years; board member of the Greens Bayou Corridor Coalition, and Vice Chair of the Friends of Levitt Pavilion Houston. David grew up in small-town Texas, where he developed a love of the arts and was always a “band kid.” His wife, Shirl, is a visual artist.
